Beside the software department, NSD has a powerful technical department, which guarantees assistance for the users in the use of IT software installed on their computers, servers, databases and other network kits (Cisco Routers, managed Switches, VPN, hardware firewalls), network design (from the most simple to the most complex architectures, including wireless kits or embedded devices emerged on various machines and installations). The support offered by the technical department is highly qualified, ranging from theoretical “all-included” architectures to the implementation of desired solutions and their supervise during large periods of time.
